About Zurich

Zurich is part of Zurich Insurance Group, founded in Switzerland in 1872, and has operated in the UK since 1922. It provides individual protection products to UK customers, available through financial advisers and brokers.

Its protection range includes life insurance, critical illness cover (which can be combined with life cover) and income protection. Optional add-ons such as children's cover and multi-fracture cover may also be available depending on the product.

As with all protection providers, the cover Zurich can offer, the terms applied and the premium charged depend on the details given during the application and the insurer's underwriting decision.

How GoInsureMe fits in

GoInsureMe is a whole-of-market broker. We compare Zurich against other insurers on our panel and recommend cover based on your individual circumstances. We are not tied to Zurich and do not earn more for placing you with one insurer over another.

The cheapest or best-known insurer is not automatically the right one for you. Your health, age, occupation, family and budget all affect which insurer will offer suitable terms, and which questions you may be asked during the application.
